With only 12 seats, our tiny restaurant has always dreamed of new ways to connect beyond the confines of our walls— with our local communities, with the Philippines, and of course with the many diaspora around the world that our own story resonates so deeply with.

Beyond a call to link us together, we aim to stay true to our core of sustainability and social purpose by providing a Bayani Kollection of not only unique experiences, but investments conscious of our global impact on the environment, social justice, food sovereignty, and historical preservation. As always, we stand on our pillars of Identity, Culture, and Empowerment to inform the work and art we bring to you. Stay tuned for more details as we approach our launch.
