Balikbayan Boxes
Our Noche Buena (Christmas Eve) and Media Noche (New Years Eve) boxes are on hold this year as we are taking the holiday week off.

These boxes are filled with an assortment of food, memories, and stories, destined for loved ones back at home. Like the traditional Balikbayan Boxes, it’s a way of giving, sharing, and staying connected. We’re excited to see where these boxes end up on their journey. (A box feeds up to 4 people | the size of one box is 12x12x12)
Back in 2018 we began developing our PNW cold fermented bagoongs, or what we like to call our bagong ong (that new new).
We’ve stumbled upon great discoveries driven by many of our guests with particular restrictions—limitations that we now view as limitless possibilities. A little over a year later, we now have a wide variety of beautiful bagoongs. Which ones might end up in your box?
Archipelago's Balikibayan Box Meat Program focuses on sustainable whole animal butchery. Our goal is to uphold a zero waste policy which is intrinsic to the Philippine culture. Cuts of what we have will be available to add to your Balikbayan Box.
In your Balikbayan Box, you’ll find a mix of CSA (Community Supported Agriculture) items to replenish your pantry. You’ll get fresh produce featuring women owned and operated farms.
A collection that takes us on a journey through our tasting menu. Showcasing biodynamic practices, family farming, and Filipino American producers, these PNW pairings provide a bridge to our flavors.
As always, we want to share stories of those who have helped shape this region. It’s not just the where and when, it’s the who.
The planet is so important to us. From only making what was needed for the night, to our biodegradable gloves and reusable paper, we were always trying to be better and better about our carbon footprint. Though we are excited to share our Balikbayan Boxes with you all, we also realize that being able to safely enjoy a restaurant experience requires a great deal of packaging. We aim to have the entire box and all the plastics within it be compostable and our jars recyclable,
