Health benefits:
Comprehensive health insurance, including vision and dental is available to all full-time employees. It will become available 60 days after start date. Open enrollment for new hires is within 20 days of eligibility start date. After that time enrollment will open again every April 1st for 30 days.

Health Savings Account:
Health savings accounts (HSAs) are available to all employees. The pre-tax funds can be used for for any health care expenses. —co-pays, medication, massages, acupuncture, etc.

Retirement benefits:
We offer a 401k plan to all employees who have been employed for 6 months with a minimum of 960 hours worked. For 2022 we will be matching up to 4% of employee contributions. Archipelago contributions will be established at the beginning of each calendar year. All employees will automatically be mailed enrollment instructions from ADP once they are eligible.
